Common Login Issues & Fixes
Incorrect Email or Password
- Double-check that you’re entering the correct email address and password.
- Passwords are case-sensitive — make sure Caps Lock is not on.
- If you’re unsure, click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.
Account Not Yet Verified
- If you signed up with email, make sure you’ve verified your email address.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a verification link from Laiwyer.
Google or Apple Sign-In Issues
- If you registered via Google or Apple, make sure you’re using the same method to log in.
- Try logging in with the same Google or Apple ID you used at signup.
Browser Compatibility
- Use an updated browser like Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies if the login page is not loading properly.
- Disable browser extensions that may block scripts or cookies (e.g. ad blockers).
Internet Connection
- A weak or unstable internet connection can prevent successful login.
- Switch networks or try mobile data if you're facing issues on Wi-Fi.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or want to create a new one:
- Click “Forgot password?” on the login page.
- Enter the email associated with your Laiwyer account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
Tip: The link expires after a short period. If it doesn’t work, request a new one.
